Ben bir devre yaptım iyi çalışıyor ama min 3 volt max 15 volt ile çalıştığı söylendiği halde 3 voltta iş yapmadı min 4.5 volt ile çalışıyor onu aşağıya ekliyorum belki biri yararlanır ben transistörlü bir şey bulacağım mecburen entegreliler işimi görmeyecek gibi..

The TBA 820M Audio amplifier chip is a general purpose amplifier with a variable gain and bandwidth
The device is suitable for driving a small 8 ohm speaker
It operates from a single supply rail making it convenient in battery powered devices
The device has a low quiescent current making it suitable for battery operated devices (4mA)

Take care that the chip has suficient space as it may become warm in use!!

With R2 set to a typical value of 100 ohms the voltage gain is x50. R2 can be varied between zero ohms and 150 ohms giving gains of several hundred to x30 respectively.
With C7 set to a value of 220pF the bandwidth is 25Hz to 20kHz - suitable for audio. The bandwidth reduces as C7 is increased to a maximum value of 680pF
